Security & Platform

Sign-in, user provisioning, access control, collaboration, audit history, search and the REST API.

Overview

Users sign in with Microsoft or Google single sign-on, or with a password and multi-factor authentication. Accounts can be provisioned and deactivated automatically from Microsoft Entra ID. Roles are built from fine-grained permissions and can differ by partition, and partitions keep each client's or project's data separate.

Comments, @mentions and notifications are available on most record types. Change history is kept on key records, global search covers records and document text, and a REST API with scoped keys connects Active Steward™ to other systems.
