Who it's for

Active Steward™ is used by regulatory affairs, product stewardship and consortium teams.

Consortium managers

Each member company is linked to the substances it registers and its role, and these links are used to share study and budget costs. Invoices are generated from cost overviews and raised through leading accounting packages. Members see their own studies, costs and invoices in the Portal, review IUCLID dossiers there, and can be restricted to selected pages, such as an invoices page.

Manufacturers, importers and formulators

Products and versioned formulations are linked to registrations, tonnage, substance lists, classification and uses. Exemptions are shown at product level, tonnage warnings are raised when a registered band is reached, and users can be notified when an updated list includes one of their substances. Declarations of REACH Conformity and Q&A statements are produced from the same data.

Only Representatives

Partitions keep each client's data separate, with roles set per partition. Registrations and tonnage are tracked per legislation and per company, tonnage and use enquiries collect volumes through a web form reached from an emailed link, and emails that include a record's code are filed against that record, keeping the correspondence history.
